I have always enjoyed read­ing and writ­ing, and whilst what I write is nowhere near as good as what I read, I write any­way for my own pleas­ure, and some of my art­icles get pub­lished on a very small scale. I write all kinds of things: stor­ies and poems (although quite rarely); polit­ical art­icles; aca­demic work; absurd lin­guistic chal­lenges which I set myself, but I always enjoy it.
